Color of Apparel: Colored shirts require pre-treatment with a special solution to prepare them for printing. White shirts require no pre-treatment.
Cost of Blank Apparel: You may provide your own shirts for printing or you may ask us to order your selected apparel for you.
IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN APPAREL FOR PRINTING:
Not all fabrics are suitable for direct-to-garment printing. Ringspun or 100% cotton are best. Polyester or poly-blends cannot yet be imprinted (but coming soon). These fabics can utilize vinyl heat transfers.
If you choose to rely on us to order your apparel, the printing is dependent on the time of delivery. Deadlines will not be established until artwork approval and the receipt of shirts.
Number of Imprints: Each location for an imprint, such as front, back. or sleeve requires artwork preparation, readjustment of the garment on the printing equipment, and heat application before the next imprint can be applied.
Size of Imprints: The size determines the amount of ink required to apply a good imprint.
Artwork: Your artwork needs to be in the form of a vector graphic. We can vectorize the artwork for you if you send it to us in jpeg or other form.
SINCE PRICING IS DEPENDENT ON THESE VARIABLES, IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE UNTIL ARTWORK AND APPAREL ARE KNOWN.
